Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Global Delight Vacations & Tours, we value your trust and strive for transparent and fair transactions.

  1. Cancellations (Travel & Forex)

    • Travel service cancellations depend on airline, hotel, or service provider policies.

    • Forex transactions, once processed or exchanged, cannot be cancelled or refunded as per RBI guidelines.

    • Visa and passport assistance fees are non-refundable once documents are submitted.

  2. Refunds (Tours, Bookings & Packages)

    • Refunds are applicable only when the service provider (e.g., airline or hotel) permits it.

    • Refunds for tour packages are subject to destination-specific policies and applicable cancellation charges.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the provider and payment gateway.

  3. Force Majeure
    In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics, refunds will be processed based on supplier and airline policies.

  4. Dispute Resolution
    In case of any disagreement, customers are encouraged to contact us directly. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
